Nat Glynn, was demonstrating the Mixproof Valve, which highlights the process of product transfer and CIP occurring at the same time without cross contamination as well as easy assembly and breakdown. Standard mixproof valves usually have 3 seals all different sizes, allowing room for user error and as a result, causing the valve to leak. However, the Evoguard mixproof valve differs by simply having two special seals of the same size eliminating human installation error, providing a leak free valve.
