Having closed for the weekend we had a customer call us on Friday around 6.30pm, urgently needing seals for a factory shutdown over the weekend and if there was anything at all we can do to help!
Our main goal is to ensure no customer experiences loss of production for longer than they need to.
We opened up, got the goods together and arranged a carrier at 7pm to take the goods 4 hours away to the customer ready for the shutdown on Saturday Morning.
