Unibloc is a Swedish / American manufacturer of stainless steel positive displacement pumps and valves specifically for food, pharmaceutical and beverage applications.

The Swedish factory produces and provides after sales service for a range of truck mounted pumps, while the factory in Atlanta manufactures rotary lobe pumps for the food and Biotech industries, with after-sales service provided by a network of highly competent distributors.

Founded in 1984 and originally operating as Flowtech Division,  Unibloc-Pump has provided premium quality sanitary pumps and valves for nearly 30 years.

We stock the Unibloc Rotary Lobe and Labtop pumps. Unibloc pride themselves on the seamless design of their products and offer an un-paralleled quality of product and service. With standard pump builds available in two weeks ex works, ultra-urgent “walk – through” builds available in 24 hrs and special alloy pumps in 6-8 weeks they are weeks ahead of any of their competitors.

The high performance Rotary Lobe positive displacement pump operates quietly in a range of industries including brewery, dairy, soft drinks, pharmaceutical industry and household and personal care.

 The Unibloc Laptop is the most popular pump in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.  This is largely due to its simple, compact design (which comprises a pump, motor, and controller that are enclosed in a stainless steel case) and the ability to up-scale process from lab to production.

The Unibloc range is available with many different sealing options and each pump allows users to easily change shaft seals without expensive modifications. This combined with the extremely robust build and the use of non-galling alloy rotors makes the pump particularly attractive. So much so  that we are supplying Unibloc pumps with special dimensions that allow end customers to easily swap out their failing Johnson or Fristam pumps with Uniblocs.
